Special Olympics with the Cablecam

Vom 17. bis 25. Juni 2023 fanden die Special Olympics World Games in Berlin statt. In addition to top athletic performances and highly motivated athletes, our Cabelcam was also at the start.

The Special Olympics World Games are held every two years and include 26 different sports. The games aim to create more recognition of people with intellectual disabilities. Um dabei ein möglichst grosses Publikum zu erreichen sind die Spiele nicht nur vor Ort zu bestaunen, sondern auch Live im Fernsehen zu sehen. The Highspeed Cablecam from RemoteCamSystems, which followed the athletes at speeds of up to 70km/h, provided gripping TV moments around the athletics competitions. The Newtonhead reliably ensured a smooth perspective change.
