RCS LIFTCAM: OUR RAIL CAMERA WITH HUB OF THE LATEST GENERATION
The RCS LiftCam is the novelty of our development department. With a lifting column, this camera is now no longer bound to just one perspective, but can also take to the skies from the rail. The RCS LiftCam offers a great perspective more in broadcasting.
Technical progress for the RCS LiftCam
The RCS Hubcam is the latest addition to our family of specialty camera systems. It is a further development of the Railcam. Since our vision of the rail camera has always had an additional perspective, our engineering team has put a lot of work and sweat into the development. Now we are proud to offer a technically advanced, stable Hubcam. The RCS Hubcam is battery powered, can be operated remotely, and runs on a reliable HD link that can also be replaced with a wired connection. This cable connection can also provide the power supply. The rails are extremely flexible due to their innovative plug-in system. The dolly can build up a speed of up to 10km/h and even handle curves. Also hanging, the RCS Hubcam can be mounted and slowly sink to the ground.
Custom-made lifting column
It was important to our engineering team that we could customize the RCS LiftCam to meet the specific needs of our customers. Should the camera be placed in a stage trench, next to a catwalk, hanging from the ceiling in a studio – our engineers can adjust the lift height perfectly to your needs in a short time, offering the images you want for your event or TV production. In addition, the rails can also be adjusted, smaller curves can be installed, and thus the roadway and the surrounding conditions can also be brought into line. Rail components in various lengths are available for the design. This makes the RCS Hubcam the perfect camera for any event.
Proven control with great flexibility
The control of the RCS LiftCam as well as the transmission of video and telemetry data can be done either by cable or even more conveniently by radio signal. The dolly can be individually programmed to automatically travel certain routes – including set stopping points. Our experienced employees take over both the construction of the rail track and the control of the HubCam. The recordings of the hub camera can be ideally integrated into live broadcasts or studio recordings and enrich the visual language immensely.
